Should I trade my Xbox One S for A Meta Quest 2?

I'm trying to get rid of an xbox one s, and posted it on fb marketplace for $100 (bundle including a couple of games and accessories). Someone messaged and asked if I'd be willing to trade for a Meta Quest 2.

I have no experience with VR, but I think it could be fun, but also money is very useful right now. The post has only been up for a little over a day. Should I trade?
