First time

I got laid off 3 weeks ago. It was everything they said it would be.. cold, neutral, bullshit with no real reason but to serve the interests of shareholders.

I am angry. They poached me from a big company, I never even knew they existed but they sold me on “people” “culture” and a significant increase.

A few years later they said they are redundating my role and leave me unemployed before Christmas. Ridiculous how this is normalized.

They can do adjustments if they wanted to. They relocated someone to London. They hired a new direcore. They are actively hiring. We hit our highest record of orders and sales. So what the fuck?
