Would you do natural or lab?

Hey all,

My girlfriend has been going back and forth on whether she wants a lab vs natural for weeks now. Below is what we were quoted (taxes included) in Canadian dollars from a wholesaler.

Really just looking for some opinions on both options and if this pricing makes sense. According to the few jewelers we spoke to, most young couples (we’re 30 and 28) are getting lab.
