Coming off of Seroquel

Hi all,

I’ve been on 50mg seroquel for 9 months now for sleep. I really want to come off. What’s the best way to wean? I was thinking of going down by 1/4 of a tablet until I stabilise? I’m terrified I will never sleep again..
