Physical Therapy/knee pain recommendations

Washed up athlete/weekend warrior trying to keep the ole bod going full steam ahead. Frequent flyer at Missoula Bone and joint. They've done great but wondering if there's better options. Fell a bit short last visit but maybe that's just me being in denial being in my late 30s. Super active but my knees are starting to go on me. Thinking about heading abroad for stem cells but figured I should maybe say I switched clinics first before I cut that check.
