WaterWalk Complex - Emergency Services?

Anyone know what’s going on over at the WaterWalk Extended Stay complex off College and Metcalf?

There were at least five firetrucks, a handful of ambulances, and multiple Police vehicles when I drove by which seems like more of a response than you’d expect for something like a single person experiencing an emergency.
