What is considered in Spec tempwise?

I tried to find some documentation online about the SoC or the device itself but couldn't seem to find a straight answer.

For the Thor what is considered acceptable temps while gaming? Ive mainly been playing switch games and see temps as high as 83c in things like pokemon scarlett, super smash ultimate etc. While playing gamecube and lighter emulators it sits around 60c.
