Where can I find work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off jobs

Hey I live in San Antonio, Texas I was wondering where I could find 2 weeks on 2 weeks off jobs I see this is usually for oilfield. But where can I look for work at? I’m also in trade school to be an electrician do they need electricians out there?
