Help: Buying RAM for first build

I am considering buying the Corsair vengeance LPX 32gb (2x16gb) 3200hz for my first build. Is it worth buying now before prices continue higher? Is this sufficient RAM for a fairly basic first build? Do I need more for some normal gaming? Is it worth it to updgrade to the DDR5. I haven’t purchased my motherboard yet.
