When to start tms after off Nardil Medicine

I was on nardil 90mg , at that dosage for 13 weeks.(didn't work) Tapered down to 3.5 now off it. How long now to wait to start tms? I'm feeling more shame and a little more irritated, just stronger negative thoughts. Been off completely for 2 weeks. I have heard brain doesn't have to be at baseline yet to start tms.
