Mpvi 1 pro firmware update failing on opsys1

I did a 6l80 swap in an 07 Silverado (5.3) had to take an ecm and harness off of an 09 6.2 Yukon. All I’m trying to do is delete the VATS but my mpvi pro will not update with the VCM suite. Is the mpvi pro just outdated or is it something on my side?
