TA 12-2-25
Welcome back, folks! Let's analyze! Really muted volume today across the market as a whole. With the Fed decision coming up on the 10th, big money is likely to be waiting it out until then, so we probably won't see much of a volume increase until then, either. That is, of course, unless some sort of news is released between now and then. Even then, big money may very well still wait for the rate decision. On a more bullish note, the daily low today did not breach yesterday's, which gives us the possibility of a new higher low in the trend. I personally think that we will still dip a bit more before momentum shifts back to the upside, but not by much. We will probably see more sideways movement until the next catalyst comes along. Price is still in the bottom band of the Keltner Channel, but it is hugging the center line tightly. It is also approaching the trendline, regardless of if it drops or not. Let's dive a little deeper.
Zooming in on the hourly, we can see that I added the little sell block that TRULY broke the order block at yesterday's open. I saw it yesterday and chose not to mark it because it coincides with the $2 psych level, which I didn't put on today's chart. If anyone wasn't watching, the ask wall at $2 was a little silly. It will take significant volume to break through there, as I have to assume that there will be additional orders waiting their turn, possibly even up to $2.05. Unless price can rally to $2 before open, I see a drop into the order block below. Price may wait a day or two to do this, however, and instead stay in this $1.95-$1.85 range on muted volume. Time to close out the show with our Candle! Of! The! Day! Let's dive a little deeper.
I'm sure some of you probably already guessed it, but today's victor is this beautiful specimen. Got smacked down pretty ruthlessly at $2, but gave it a hell of a charge! Don't worry, mate.
