Questions about transfer credit

I transferred my AP credits to a community college to get out of some core requirements, but my scores for BIO, CHEM, and PHYSICS were also sent and awarded credit. If I send my transcript, will this remove my registration for those classes as I already have credit for them? I'm registered for BIO311C and CH301 and PHY301, for pre-med, so I don't want my credits to mess me up.
