Question about SS tabs - Weird effects

Hey all,

A few days ago I had to purchase some tabs from my local smoke shop. The brand in question was "eat Perks" 75mg tabs. The shop I go to sells them in singles, and I have seen some people mention they are decent so I bought a few.

Anyway, I took my usual dose of 7 with those tabs, and initially I got the effects I was looking for.. or so I thought. First, they got me out of WD so that was good. After that, I started to notice the usual warmth but there was a distinct lack of euphoria. Over the next couple hours, it progressed into a strong sense of dysphoria, headache, burning skin, weird feeling in my eyes and a general "poisoned", stimulant feeling. Like I took a dirty hit of something. It just didn't feel right.

Stupidly, I continued use for a few days (it's all I had the money for at the time to get me by). Consistently had the same effects each time. Strangely, they also kept me out of WD for at least 24 hours, but even sober I felt somewhat "poisoned" - well beyond the usual duration of 7oh.

Needless to say I've felt like crap for the past few days. I honestly felt so gross that I started doing research to find out if maybe 7oh suddenly turned on me or something.

I didn't learn much, so as a last ditch, I bought a different smoke shop brand and I feel SO much better. The difference is night and day.

Anyway, all that to ask: Is it possible those tabs were contaminated with something? Are solvents a possibility? For better or for worse, I am extremely acquainted with opiates/opioid withdrawal so I know it wasn't WDs. I also know I can take many hundreds of mgs of 7 with no negative side effects barring higher tolerance, so I know the tabs weren't too strong for me as well.

I dunno, mainly curious if anyone has experienced something similar and wanted to post a tentative warning about those tabs. Not saying they'll kill you or anything but for me, they felt super "off". Apologies for the long-winded post.
