Any recommendations for a good couple’s councilor?

My wife and I are struggling, but I’ve convinced her that we should go to counseling. She doesn't want anyone to know though, so I'm not allowed to ask anywhere it wouldn't be anonymous, thus I'm coming to the fine people of Utah Reddit for any recommendations. Thanks in advance for any advice/recommendations! We live in Utah county, but anywhere in the Utah county or salt lake county area would be great.
