Embryos stopped growing at day 5

Hi all Today was a very devastating day. I had an egg retrieval this month. 15 eggs retrieved, 10 fertilized, 7 eggs blastocyst but all of them stopped growing on day 6. This is my first ivf egg retrieval cycle after 3 failed iui.We are using donor sperm. I had high estrogen level and we used lupron as trigger.

How can I improve my egg quality for the next egg retrieval (which is due in 2 months) and of course I have been taking supplements including prenatal, coq10, iron, vitamins. Please share your thoughts and it’s been so hard for me and I feel hopeless, thinking of giving up.
