Prophetic type dreams

So since Thanksgiving here in the US, I've had 2 dreams of prediction. They are just slightly off from what happens in reality but tripping me up regardless.

Also didn't help that I was hearing a child's voice while flopping around attempting sleep today.

I know I shouldn't take it seriously but it is weirding me out. I'm just trying to make do. It just sucks cause I've been relatively stable.

I have been under more stress than usual. But the stressful things have eased. I had to move. But it is complete now. So maybe my brain is just acting out.

I've been trying to cope with reading, gaming and talking to family.

Any other tips, hints, telling me it's not real would be very helpful. Thank you.
