Weight progression advice

Advice Needed

Long time lurker, first time writer here.

44 Yo M, 115 kg now, going down to 95kg goal

Im doing ABF program with 2x20s, in the 7th week now - started with 16s, transitioned to 20s on the 2nd week Last week I've done all 30 rounds of ABF in 23m20s - planning to switch to 2xABC with 1m30s rest for a 15 rounds

I have a single 24kg kettlebell and have an opportunity to get 2x 28kg, while we have spring sale down here in NZ.

What would be the most beneficial - move up in weight to 2x28? keep working out with single 24kg? I can get single 24kg as well, but feels like 2x 28 would be more beneficial?

I've used to be a gym junkie in the past - I've done a crossfit pretty hard back around 7 years ago - at some point I've been doing 5 days a week with occasional 2 times a day workout depending on the programming at box, but due to the life changes - we've moved countries, moved cities few times since then - I've not had regular gym attendance in the last years - mostly occasional gym membership and just some bodyweight workouts at home occasionally.

Although I still have issues with 2x20s press volume - I still cant do 100 presses unbroken, after first 3x 2/3/5/10 - I would usually start breaking up 10s into 6+4, 8+2 - doing first attempt to failure and getting the rest of the reps after a short break - put bells down, shake hands, get those last reps.

Based on the above - shall I go into 2x28 or stick to 2x20s + 1x 24 work?

I'll probably do 10k swings challenge next after finishing with ABF, and definitely going to continue to stick to my weight loss routine.

Thanks in the advance
