Business crash-course/ resources to accompany job search?
I’m (32f) ending my employment as an Event Operations Manager (NYC, luxury clients) at the end of the year and am fortunate enough to afford a “break” while I look for my next role. My goal is to un-pigeonhole myself from the events industry and broaden my knowledge and understanding of business operations more generally, ideally sharpening my tool belt to benefit both my interview process and later, on-the-job capabilities. What free or low-cost resources would you suggest I invest time in to accompany the hunt, and keep myself learning, growing, and engaged?
I’m not looking to get an MBA - just improve my business-operations comprehension and master business basics. YouTube channels? Educational platforms? Affordable courses? TIA!
