When it comes to cheaper, well-known online MBA’s, why is Oklahoma State not mentioned along with UIUC and BU?

UIUC doesn’t participate in rankings. The full time at BU is tied at 46 according to USNEWS and OK State is tied at 58. Is it really that large of a difference? Is this sub more skewed to northeast?
