Do stomach Side effects go away?

29f Just started a few days ago, on 10 mg because my doc was worried i might be sensitive.

First two days was none stop headaches, yesterday i finally felt fine until in the evening my stomach started feeling off. It eventually went away.

This morning, I eat my breakfast and then take my pill, and 1-2 hours later I start feeling this pain in my stomach like something is trying to eat its way out. I breathed through it, had a nap, but it only got worse until i vomited in mid afternoon.

The pain in my stomach has subsidized a bit but although I don't feel nauseous, it does feel like puke is on stand by. 🥲

Has anyone experienced similar symptoms? Did it go away?
