Digital Shop Sales & Customer Info

So am I getting this right?

After much thought, I decided to sell on the digital shop alongside my existing membership options.

I had a few folks buy my digital art offering after launching it without making any announcements. I got the Earnings pop up in the analytics but zero customer information (email, name, etc).

Is it this way by design? I’m guessing it is because Patreon wants to promote anonymous transactions.

I made a mistake because it’s for customizable art and I have no way to contact the folks who bought it. Is there a setting I am overlooking?
