Looking for roommate for Fall 2026

Hello, I am currently looking for a roommate in the future.

I like my current place but I’ve lived here for awhile and when my lease ends in September 2026 I’m hoping to move into a new space bigger that’s bigger and with less people.

My name is Iris, I’m 25 and mtf, and i work as a financial analyst here in boston. I’m a fairly indoor person who keeps to myself but i love having company over and hosting gatherings. I’m a big gamer, i love to cycle, i love long walks around the city, and recently been trying to improve at cooking.

I’m currently searching for a place that would be spatious and house two people, with a budget around $1600-1800 per month. I would prefer to stay in the Jamacia Plain area but am open to nearly anywhere in Boston as long as transit is accessible. I know September 2026 is aways away but I figured i’d start looking for people early!
