Christmas Gift for Son - 7-800$

Can anyone help with building a 7-800$ PC for my son, I have used this forum in the past for my other 2 sons computers and everything worked out perfectly! Unfortunately I lost my old login info so I can't look back and see who helped me previously. He would be using it for general gaming and possibly an Oculus. Appreciate your help and TIA!!
