styes

For the past few weeks I have gotten recurrent styes in both eyes. I changed out my eye makeup and tools, changed and washed my pillow cases, limited/stopped wearing eye makeup, washed my glasses, have not worn contacts, etc. and I still got another one. I have been using an antibiotic eye ointment which seems to be helping, but how can I avoid this happening again? They just seem to go from one eye to the other, just as one is healing another seems to form. I’ve had them in the past, but never this much. Currently using warm tea bag compress and antibiotic ointment for treatment, along with baby shampoo and stye wipes for cleansing. I’m not sure why they started, I wash my face twice daily, even around eyes/lashes, and I haven’t used any new products. I wash my hands often, wash my towels, etc. anyone else have this issue before?
