ER for this?

Do I even bother? Been off meds for a bit now and more suicidal than ever. Have all the supplies, and I’m basically ready to go but part of my head is like “yo go to the loonie bin at least”. But like if I do, what happens to me? Am i gonna get locked in a tiny room with nothing? I’m off work for the next 3 days so it wouldn’t be a terrible time to do it tho. Need opinions, please share.
