Hoyoplay Launcher not opening at all, can't update 🥲

Hi Wanted to update Genshin and my Hoyoplay launcher is not opening at all. I’ve tried everything — reinstalling, clearing the cache, changing the UTF-8 setting (someone had mentioned), restarting my PC, all of it. Nothing works. I also tried using the Epic Games launcher, but that didn’t work either.

The app doesn’t open, and nothing even shows up in Task Manager when I try to launch it. Has someone faced it and was able to resolve it? Please help, I just want my Durin😭
