Stream lag

Ok so I’ve been using moonlight and Apollo to stream games from my pc to my MacBook primarily. The stream to all my client devices has been working fine up until recently, when it started becoming super choppy regardless of which client device I’m streaming on. It’s is also laggy on Remote Desktop, so I don’t believe it exclusive to moonlight. It also lags when I use any viewer or Remote Desktop on my phone. The only changes I have recently made are that I have switched ISPs, implemented Ethernet, and enabled wake on lan. Other than that I don’t see any reason for the sudden and consistent lag on client devices, does anyone have any ideas on any solutions? Also important to note that I don’t believe it’s the isp, as it also lags when I switch back to my old isp which was T-Mobile(yes I still have it installed until I cancel it on Wednesday), but I usually have it off now that I have Xfinity.
