My sub expires in a a few days. What happens to my preorders when it does?

I used PS+ to preorder Never Grave, which comes out January, but my sub expires in 9 days. I'm assuming since the game is fully paid for it doesn't affect it, but wanted to ask if there's a catch or something I'm missibg.
