How to start

Hello lovely Reddit folks

I’m at an impasse with my husband after 5 years of trying and unsure of where to start

TLDR: They no longer wish to be a real parter, regularly dismiss me and shut me down and have entered the realm of microcheating though nothing physical has happened yet.

Together over a decade with 2 small children, living together in our home.

How do you start? Do they move into the guest room? Someone leaves immediately?
