25F. Weird heartburn feeling up the neck and in my head

I’ve never had this happen before so I was a little alarmed. I rarely get heart burn like less than 4 times a year if that. Last night I had heart burn and can’t think of what caused it I had a small bowl of dairy free ice cream one of which I’ve had many times before never caused issues after dinner, was sitting up for a few hours and was fine, a few hours later I had a bowl of olives for sodium which I have almost nightly since I have POTS and have never had issues and then maybe 20-30 minutes later I had bad heartburn like chest pain and took 2 tums before bed bc it was so painful and it helped. Today after lunch (leftovers from dinner 2 days ago which I had no issues with then) I had painful heartburn that radiated into my upper back up my neck and into my head that felt like heartburn but as a headache it was so painful and went away after a few minutes maybe lasted less than 5 minutes. I’ve had ice picks and migraines before and it wasn’t that it was heartburn but instead of my chest it was my head. I see a PT and will mention this to her tomorrow when I see her I’m not sure if my neck hurting had anything to do with it but it freaked me out. I have new daily persistent headaches and migraines, and POTS. I take gabapentin as my migraine preventative, and bisoprolol and Fludrocortisone for POTS. Has anyone else had this happen or know what I’m trying to describe?
