Cant complete nhs hours in time, any ideas??

I barely got into NHS this year and I completely forgot about volunteer hour requirements, largely due to my severe depression slump. Now I have 9 days to get 20 hours but I cant tell my parents how behind I am or else they would beat the shit out of me. Is there a way to fake the hours? Its not about me not wanting to contribute to my community its just hard enough for me to take care of myself neverless all of this
