Is Mike Tomlin Over Rated or Under Rated... Something To Truly Think About Steelers Fans...

I know alot of Steelers Fans are saying Fire Mike Tomlin & they are entitled to their wrong opinions.

Steelers fans truly have it good.

20 years of no losing seasons has fans incl myself feel entitled.

You go look over those 20 years at other teams, and look at Browns, Jets, Panthers, Giants, Cardinals, etc ...

Winning in NFL is HARD & yet in 20 yrs he has never had a losing season.

So the ? I have is this...

If Tomlin didn't coach this team, would the Steelers even be .500.... or would they be 2-15...

Believe in one self is a powerful thing...

Getting a collective to Believe & Buy In when grown men put $ before team success often is a tough business...

Im worried though bc in 20 years I never seen Steelers QUIT like they did vs Buffalo.

But more I look at this roster, the gaping wholes are evident ...

If another coach was coaching team could be 2-15.

And you constantly here Tomlin is a players coach & is a motivator...

I think lately he has been prob playing too much GM...

Ppl forget how great Steelers GM was b4 he retired. He handed Tomlin a great team.

I think Coach T remembers playing against Slay, Rodgers, & Ramsey from years ago in their primes pre 30, and thinks thats what he is going to get...

But Pittsburgh never wasted bad $ in Free Agency!

Its not the Steelers way...

Pittsburgh builds through the draft & UDFA.... Develops young players into Their system...

I think of James Harrison...

Every1 wanted Pittsburgh take a QB but they been building the trenches the past few drafts and need to continue to do that.

Dont reach on a QB bc draft in Pittsburgh...

And tbh Rodgers is washed & we know Rudolph a backup.

Skylar Thompson looked great in preseason & Will Howard is off a Natl Championship.

Go watch osu tape and throws he made in playoff run.

He also can scramble, hes big athlete.

Reminds me of Payton Manning with more athleticism...

I guarantee he can make all throws Rodgers is making atm.

Truth is hes afraid to get hit. He throws ball fast and he dont give WRs time to run rts...

He playing scared bc when he gets hit it physically hurts. Im 42 and I hurt getting out of bed in am...

Tomlin will need to pull Rodgers...

Against Bears, Rudolph dink.. n dunk like rodgers... has done all year...

Skylar Thompson has started NFL gms , give him a look. Give Will Howard a look.

Something to give Steelers fans something to cheer about!

But Mike Tomlin is prob under rated as a coach if u truly look at this roster...

Personally I use to think majority of black players say he is a players coach bc he is black. If he was white would he be as loved?

Personally I think Skylar Thompson & Will Howard should get a chance...

I think Mr Rooney going forward needs to make sure Khan is making draft choices & that they stop chasing old FA w bad deals.

If Giants offer a 1st rd pick for Tomlin I think change of scenery could be good.

I dont think Tomlin will be traded though and I would expect coordinators to be gone.
