Spelling of the Bethsaida inscription

This is a mosaic that was found in Bethsaida in 2022.

The spelling on this mosaic for 'ἀπόστολος' looks strange to me: 'αποετολω' (see the youtube video ) and professor Jacob Ashkenazi is saying that 'κορ' means 'chief', but I can't find it in the LSJ or BDAG.
