No idea what to name my world

As a place holder, I've been calling it "5 Cities" because there are only the 5 city-state nations in this world. The rest of the world is inhospitable terror. Think Australia if every hostile creature (including plants) crossbred with each other and had a personal vendetta against humanity.

I've tried a few different methods, but all the options sounded flat.

What methods do you use when naming your worlds?
