need to file a dispute but there is no dispute option that explains my situation.

I need help. i canceled an amazon order before it shipped but was charged for the order. I'm 100% sure it wasn't a hold and that I was geniuenly charged for the order, the money is gone from my card and shows up as a "completed" payment on my account I have screenshot proof that the money is gone and I was geniuenly charged. I did not recieve a refund when I canceled the order so now the money is just gone. I contacted Amazon support who is insisting I wasn't charged so they are refusing to give me a refund and I can't send them pictures so I have no way to send them my screenshot proof. I paid with my PayPal debit card and tried to dispute it on PayPal but idk what to say to file a PayPal dispute as there was no option that explained my situation correctly. how do I get my money back?!
