genshin file integrity check crashes my pc
hello everyone, I've had issues with genshin updates sometimes crashing my pc (BSoD), I wonder if anyone else had this issue and was able to fix it, this has been a reacquiring issue to where my SSD died once and had to replace it, after freshly installing windows the problem reoccurred but after a while, fresh installing the game seem to stop it from crashing at least for a couple updates before it starts crashing my pc again like it did today,
hopefully this event viewer footage can help cause I have no idea what the main problem is even when looking at this
would be great help if anyone knows how to fix this for me and for everybody else that encounters this issue, please and thank you.
