Rosewood Boulevard

Just curious for those of you who leave Rosewood out of Rosewood Boulevard West onto Boychuk in the mornings, have you noticed that traffic flow has improved since they opened up the road to exit the area from Rosewood Boulevard East on to Highway 16? Or is it still a sh*t show in the mornings?
