Need help hungry

Hi everyone I need help with $40 with groceries if possible. I live in Hawaii where food is expensive as heck but wanted to be closer to my long distance girlfriend since we met when I was stationed here and she’s from here. I got out the army awhile back and we have been struggling , just recently applied for GI bill to hopefully offset things so just need help thank you
