I want to start hunting but I need advice and legality bs

I’m 17 years old and I’m looking to start hunting in PA. My parents aren’t hunters and don’t own guns and I’m looking to see how I can start hunting this winter and the legality of me owning a rifle, or if I’m even allowed to start hunting. if anyone can just point me on the right direction I would greatly appreciate that. Thank you all.
