Did buy ea fc points by mistake…

Hi! Yesterday i did buy ea fc points on instant gaming. Everything went good. Did the payment, used the code. All good. But then there were no points on my account. I checked the email and damn…I bought for ea 24. so the points hang on my ea fc 24 account. I tried the ea support but they told me that they couldn’t help me. Are they gone? Or is there a way to get them on 26?
