A fan lies down
Hi, my name is Johnny, and I'd like to ask a favor. It's probably not possible, but I have nothing to lose. I'm a longtime Motorola fan, even when they were going through a rough patch in the market. Even back then, I always tried to own something from the company, even if it was just to support the brand. A few months ago, I bought some Moto Buds, the orange ones. They're really nice, and they sound great; I'm really enjoying them. The thing is, a few days ago, my main phone broke completely, and I had to go back to an older one with Android 12. I can still use them without any problems, but the issue is with the Moto Buds app. It's no longer compatible with older phones, and I'd like to know if it's possible for you to update the app for older Android versions at some point. The smart sound feature was very practical, and being able to find the earbuds was also very useful. So, if you happen to read this and can pass it on to the developers, that would be fantastic.
