New to the game but....

is it normal for my games to feel like I'm playing with and against bots. like my teammates running and jumping into walls or the enemies barely looking at me.

Also a little humble brag/question but is it also normal for my first pull to be good, did my first pull as a 10 pop in the endeavour banner and got him and his leather jacket costume.
