Just began fin and already feeling it

Just began fin 4 days ago and I can't feel anything down there. My libido is like at 0 as well and I'm taking just ~0.6-4mg per day. Any advice? I don't want to lose my hair but damn the side effects are real. Just in 4 days is crazy. I knew there could be side effects but I never expected that I would be one to get it.
