Bleeding from genitals

My girl rat who is 1 year and 10 months old started bleeding from her vagina(I believe) on November 16th, but it stopped within a few minutes and she was acting the same so we just kept her from her sister for a night and she was being fine and we just kept an eye on her for the last few weeks. Now, tonight she started bleeding and it stopped within a few minutes again, what do I do? I’m not sure when we can get to a rat safe vet but what would they even do?
