Stuck in Bios (MB: MSI Pro Z690)

I got a new Monitor like 3 days ago, Everything was fine until now. I turned on my PC, logged into windows, and opened up discord then went to the bathroom. When i came back my PC was in Bios. I tried just turning my PC off and turning it back on because it would do this every once in a while and it would get rid of the bios screen. reason why i’d turn it off was because when i would try to exit it would say “are you sure you want to exit without doing any changes? ” i would press yes and it would take me right back to Bios. I’d just turn the PC on and off and it would go away, but this time it didn’t go away. I turned off the pc completely and disconnected the power cable and waited 5 minutes. Bios would still open up. I heard checking the Boot up priority could help but i’m not sure what i’m changing. the first 2 options i’m assuming are from the MB and the rest say “USB” but i only use one Hard drive and that’s the one with the MB so that’s what windows is installed on and it’s already at 1 in priority so im not sure what else to do.
