Is there a mod like yakuza tattoos of potema but on vortex

I want to have a mod that adds in magic tattoos with effects in the game that you can add on to your character and the only mod I have found that does that is yakuza tattoos of potema, thing is it’s on steam and I don’t want to have to deal with 2 different mod loaders since there are some vortex mods I want as well
