Is the M4 Air (16/256) good enough just for building and deploying RN iOS apps?

I already have a decent desktop where I've been working on the API, web and Android clients but I need to build and deploy for iOS. If it wasn't for upcoming travel I'd just buy a Mac Mini and call it a day but I need something portable for the future.
