[Playstation 2] [2005-2008] Kids game not car-centric but character drives with car in town

I've been trying to find this game a long time ago with no success and now I'm haunted back by it. I played this before I was in grade school so memories are super blurry, I only played kid friendly games back then too, like Dora or that one Disney Princess game, so this one I'm finding must be too.

I don't remember much besides the character I'm playing drives a car that is used to go to different parts of the city, the color is bright and kids friendly, and it actually isn't that much of a car centric game, most of it was playing puzzles.

Platform(s): PS2

Genre: Kids, Educational?, puzzle

Estimated year of release: 2005-2008

Graphics/art style: Can't find something similar for comparison, it was low poly 3D, with bright colors

Notable characters: I can't remember anything besides the character we play as that drives a car

Notable gameplay mechanics: milk in factory/barn part of town, driving car through woods and city

Other details: thats it pretty much
