i've had enough

Rant

(will use they/them pronouns because i do not want to expose this person)

This particular professor has been our prof for multiple subjects na, and I've had enough with their shenanigans. Ever since our first encounter with them, they have always been late to class by 20-30 minutes, then once they show up they'd literally take more than an hour to get ready for class and waste even more time by talking nonsense until we have a little over an hour left to cover the actual lecture. It felt like I was just throwing my money, time, and energy away because I was not learning anything from them at all, and it did not help that their modules weren't that informative and way of teaching is basically just reading the powerpoint.

Don't get me started for their final projects, it has always been rushed from seeking approval to the execution. This last project has drained the crap out of me. I wouldn't say the details of the project because it would ultimately expose the professor and the course, but I will say that it is very rushed with unclear instructions and rubrics (with every other block receiving different instructions). This professor doesn't even listen to our concerns and would just guilt trip their way with us, and it sucks even more that some higher ups who are supposed to be ensuring that student handbook rules are enforced are just letting them slide because they're "close friends". We have grown tired we this professor's shenanigans and I hate that the stress I am feeling towards this course and professor is affecting my relationships with other people already. 4 terms of being patient with them and looking at any positives (like them being nice) is enough, especially when the negatives are affecting our learning already.
